We utilize torches for Photopuncture, the activation of acupuncture points with light (instead of needles), and it can best be accomplished using a high-quality torch. Photopuncture offers a wide range of benefits including the ability to quickly activate one or more energy meridians in the body to address pain, circulation, inflammation, cellular renewal, and a host of other issues.
The torches we use and recommend are fully portable and small enough to fit in a pocket. They’re battery operated (rechargeable, of course). They’re extremely durable. They deliver consistent light (unlike some devices that get dim as the battery loses charge). They have the power to provide fast results while remaining safe to use anywhere on the body. They use LEDs not lasers. They do not activate a biological response by employing heat (like lasers), but by emitting a specific wavelength of light to trigger cellular respiration, reduce pain and inflammation, and increase circulation.

We received our training from Photonic Therapy Institute (not a division of our company, and we are not a division of theirs) and are proud to offer their torches. You may find a less expensive torch, however, in our opinion, PTIs are the highest quality torch and best value when all the benefits PTI offers are taken into consideration – all torches are definitely not created equal, and what good is a torch if you don’t have the resources to teach you how to use it properly. We, and PTI, are available to help customers understand how to get the best from their torch(es) and, should you find yourself wanting to become a part of the Light Therapy community, through our association with the Institute, we would be happy to introduce you to their many resources. We believe that PTI has elevated Photopuncture and made it more accessible as an accepted therapy and we’re thankful we are able to offer it to help people and pets.
