Returns & Refunds
Customer/client satisfaction is very important to us and it is our sincere desire that our customers are happy with anything purchased through us. We also understand that sometimes a product or service just isn’t the right fit and, in those rare cases, we will do our absolute best to provide additional training, or otherwise make it “right”.
Many of the manufacturers with whom we are affiliated have a 30-day return policy and require that the purchaser return items directly to them. For that reason, we are unable to process returns but are happy to help should you have any questions.

If you should need to process a return, please be prepared to provide the following:
- Purchaser’s name
- Date of purchase
- Item(s) purchased
- Reason for return
Please note the following:
- Intimate personal care items such as the MyElle Wand, are not eligible for return but may be eligible for replacement. Contact us for more information.
- Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for return.
- Items that have exceeded the 30-day return time period are note eligible for return.
Prior to contacting the manufacturer, please complete the form below. This information is for use by Photonic Therapy NW so that we may better understand the reason for the return, and to assist you, if needed. We may use this information to contact you about your return.
