If coming to our studio is difficult due to pain and/or mobility issues, then this is the perfect way to introduce your body to Light Therapy and its many benefits. Because the effects of Light Therapy are cumulative, we recommend starting with a minimum of two sessions per week. *We are a small family-owned business and have a limited area of travel for appointments but we will do our best to accommodate your needs!
